Terms of use

• Seller: this service is provided by ai-nobel. By using the site you are contracting with ai-nobel, and by continuing to use it you agree to these terms.
• Visitor: reads public pages, can contact us, and may register an account to buy published issues. Visitors do not produce papers.
• Owner: the only person who runs projects, paper production and Word downloads, and is responsible for the right to use materials and for reviewing any paper before publication.
• Buyer: downloads purchased published journal issues as PDF only, and does not create papers or reach Word files, the owner's projects or archive.

• Published journal issues are sold as a one-time purchase of the issue PDF (currently USD 300 per issue). There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Payment, billing, taxes, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund policy.
• A purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and read the purchased issue. Resale or redistribution is prohibited.

ai-nobel retains ownership of the service and all its intellectual property, including software, documentation, journal issues and the Nobel / NORAL branding.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service.
• We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
• Misuse includes unlawful use, fraud or spam, infringing intellectual property, and interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping).

• Nobel publishes scientific papers across disciplines and journal issues, retaining author details and published-version records.
• Review is automated only, not human peer review, and gives a paper no peer-review or indexing status.
• The platform has no human reviewers (owner decision, 2026-09-29). “Passed the platform’s automated checks” means strict automated gates only; it is not human peer review, journal acceptance or Web of Science indexing.
• We claim no ISSN, DOI, indexing or digital signature that is not implemented.

Using the site or its content for fraud, impersonation, or presenting papers as human peer-reviewed work is prohibited. To report misuse, a scientific error, or to request a correction or withdrawal, use the Contact page.

• Fabricating or falsifying data, sources, references, quotations, reviews or approvals is prohibited.
• Uploading confidential or protected material or personal data without explicit authorisation from the rights holder is prohibited.
• No paper is included in a published issue without the owner's explicit written permission for that exact version.

When these terms change we bump the version number and last-updated date at the top of this page.
